Position Summary:

This is a full time, non-exempt position. This individual is responsible for completion of activities related to the Quality system. The primary role of the Geologic Technician is to ensure all scientific field methods and sampling are being performed to the highest standards. In addition to scientific responsibilities, the technician will support daily field operations, including the operation and maintenance of vehicles, UTVs, and light mechanical equipment and tools. Nova Supports is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team, working in a day clinic for ADULTS with autism. Nova Supports provides in-home AND in-clinic ABA services to individuals with autism across Utah. We take pride in providing COMPETENT and COMPASSIONATE care to each of our clients.
Position Overview
Compensation: $20-$23/hour once certified Schedule:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>7:30am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday for our RBTs who will assist with Transportation.
<ul>
<li>Must have Valid Driver's License with no major traffic violations and be 25 years of age.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>8:15am - 3:15pm Monday-Friday for RBTs not assisting with Transportation.</li>
</ul>
 We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you are not yet certified as an RBT, we can help you get there! In this role, you will provide services to ADULTS with autism in our clinic, working closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst</li>
<li>Use ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction</li>
<li>Collect and record data on client progress</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members</li>
<li>Attend regular training and supervision sessions</li>
<li>Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (required)</li>
<li>Must complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)</li>
<li>Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to&nbsp;clinic</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Compassionate and Competent with&nbsp;working with individuals&nbsp;with autism</li>
</ul>

Wolff Excavating is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment on our job sites.
HOURS: The typical schedule is M – F, 7am to 5pm. Overtime is often offered during busy seasons. Some Saturday shifts may be required when work volume is high, but this is not often.
