Job DescriptionDescription:
Signature Homes is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales &amp; Marketing Coordinator to support the daily operations of our sales and marketing functions. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and homebuyers to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, sales processes, and related activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment within the residential homebuilding industry. 
 
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the following areas: 
 
Marketing:
<ul>
<li>Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) by writing, editing, scheduling, and creating media assets (images/videos).</li>
<li>Complete website updates using the company’s content management system; ensure accuracy of all online listings and content.</li>
<li>Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, community signage, promotional events, and open houses.</li>
<li>Conduct market research on new home communities and competing residential developments.</li>
<li>Monitor online reputation and respond appropriately to reviews and public feedback.</li>
<li>Assist with branding and promotional efforts for rebranding, acquisitions, and new community launches.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.</li>
</ul>
Sales:
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing and processing home purchase contracts, buyer selections, and related documents.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and timelines in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Track sales activity, buyer selections, and backlog status; support reporting for the sales team.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely execution of contract addendums and customer follow-ups.</li>
</ul>
Operational:
<ul>
<li>Schedule vendors for photography, signage installation, and promotional materials.</li>
<li>Organize documentation for HOA setup, legal filings, and Division of Real Estate exemptions.</li>
<li>Compile and distribute monthly and departmental reports.</li>
<li>Support internal teams with special projects and ensure efficient coordination across departments.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
Skills &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with homebuyers, vendors, or trade partners</li>
<li>Familiarity with residential construction processes and terminology</li>
<li>Previous event planning, online marketing, or graphic design experience</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; or 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales support</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is a strongly preferred</li>
<li>Understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, and digital marketing principles is preferred</li>
<li>Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills</li>
<li>Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Attention to detail and professional demeanor</li>
<li>Experience in residential real estate, homebuilding, or related industry is a plus</li>
