Key Responsibilities:

<li>Support Account Managers across all facilities enabling them to close more business.</li>
<li>Become proficient with Olympus Group processes, ERP system and quoting tools to the point that you can be a resource for others in the company. </li>
<li>Become proficient with various Modular Frame Systems and reading frame drawings. </li>
<li>Review open orders daily for accuracy. </li>

<li>Create and send daily job status reports to Clients and Account Mangers.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage client viewings in production as needed.</li>
<li>Liaison between Operations and remote PM’s who have orders being produced in house (Ex: Entertainment team and MI team. Outsource vendor follow up, status updates, material updates, photos for approval) </li>
<li>Potential backup for mascot sales team during long absences. </li>
<li>Administrative support related to Project Management reports</li>

Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in print and/ or tradeshow industry
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or fellow team members.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to multitask and be a problem solver.
Other Qualifications:

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>
Travel to job sites and use company-provided, specialized equipment to accurately identify, locate, and mark all underground utilities and structures within scope, including those unlocatable by traditional methods and regardless of ownership or type. This can include abandoned facilities, chemical transport, and other exotic utilities.

<li>
Troubleshoot using your industry knowledge, advanced observational skills, problem-solving skills, deductive reasoning, and attention to detail to ensure safety and accuracy in every locate.

</ul>

Help grow Blood Hound's reputation by delivering reliable, professional results every time.

<li>
Communicate professionally with job site contacts to ensure a smooth, safe, and complete locating process.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience as a public or private utility locator with proven accuracy and professionalism. Experience with an engineering or SUE firm is a plus.

Experience locating multiple utility types in a variety of environments.

</ul>

Strong communication and customer service skills.
</li>
<li>
Adept with technology, including Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office programs. Willing and able to learn new procedures and technologies.
