Signature Homes is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the daily operations of our sales and marketing functions. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and homebuyers to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, sales processes, and related activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment within the residential homebuilding industry.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the following areas:
Marketing:
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) by writing, editing, scheduling, and creating media assets (images/videos).
- Complete website updates using the company’s content management system; ensure accuracy of all online listings and content.
- Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, community signage, promotional events, and open houses.
- Conduct market research on new home communities and competing residential developments.
- Monitor online reputation and respond appropriately to reviews and public feedback.
- Assist with branding and promotional efforts for rebranding, acquisitions, and new community launches.
- Maintain and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Sales:
- Assist in preparing and processing home purchase contracts, buyer selections, and related documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and timelines in the CRM system.
- Track sales activity, buyer selections, and backlog status; support reporting for the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely execution of contract addendums and customer follow-ups.
Operational:
- Schedule vendors for photography, signage installation, and promotional materials.
- Organize documentation for HOA setup, legal filings, and Division of Real Estate exemptions.
- Compile and distribute monthly and departmental reports.
- Support internal teams with special projects and ensure efficient coordination across departments.
Requirements:
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with homebuyers, vendors, or trade partners
- Familiarity with residential construction processes and terminology
- Previous event planning, online marketing, or graphic design experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; or 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is a strongly preferred
- Understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, and digital marketing principles is preferred
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and professional demeanor
- Experience in residential real estate, homebuilding, or related industry is a plus
