QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION
Four-year college degree in natural sciences (e.g., microbiology, biochemistry, food science, engineering, etc.) preferred.
EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>Minimum of three years in a commercial production brewery, beverage facility, or high-volume brewpub required. </li>
<li>Understanding of QA methods and lab operations preferred. </li>
<li>Prior experience with packaging, bottling, racking, or alternative beverage production (THC, non-alcoholic, or co-packing) preferred. </li>
<li>Mechanical aptitude and forklift certification preferred.</li>
</ul>
