Technical Expertise and Work Quality

<li>Develop and possess a thorough understanding of tax accounting fundamentals; sufficient knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and Regulations and other technical guidance, including industry and practice-specialty standards.</li>
<li>Develop and demonstrate strong research, analytical, and communication (written and verbal) skills in order to ensure that clients remain in compliance with tax regulations, to identify potential issues or opportunities, and provide solutions for complex client issues and problems.</li>

<li>Possess excellent communication skills to express opinions and concepts, teach, coach, and direct team members, work with clients, and document positions taken, or matters resolved. Communication skills are evidenced by instructions that can be understood when received and by the effective presentation of documentation (including letters, memos, and reports), which requires little or no revision by Senior Managers/Principals.</li>

<li>Meet and exceed territory goals on a quarterly and annual basis.</li>

<li>Forecast with a high degree of accuracy through Salesforce.com.</li>
<li>Provide timely communication and follow-up to customers and partners, consistently meets the customers’ expectations.</li>
<li>Provide pertinent market and competitive information to the organization.</li>

 Required Qualifications/Skills
<ul>
<li>10+ years of sales experience selling enterprise software in the network and/or security industry.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience selling to the Federal government.</li>
<li>Secret clearance or open to pursuing</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree.</li>
<li>Experience with SalesForce.com or similar tools.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of how to build a region in a fast growing, dynamic environment.</li>
<li>A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.</li>
<li>A positive attitude with a sense of urgency to passionately serve the customer.</li>
<li>Excellent customer relationship building and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>The ability to work in a team sales environment, participating in developing sales strategies as well as completing individual standalone sales activities.</li>

Requisitos:

<li>Preferible tener licencia vigente de Agente de Seguros de Propiedad y Contingencia.</li>
<li>Preferible tener conocimiento y entendimiento básico de pólizas de seguro. </li>

<li>Dominio de programas y/o aplicaciones de computadora tales como, MS Office.</li>
