<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.</li>
<li>Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.</li>
<li>Work closely with building management, tenants, and visitors to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.</li>
<li>Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to changing needs or conditions at the location.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.</li>
<li>Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.</li>
<li>CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Primarily driving post is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.</li>
