Our program, Senior Life Solutions, a geriatric intensive outpatient program is seeking a full-time Program Therapist at our L'anse MI location!
Senior Life Solutions, a division of PMC, is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Collaborate with a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population</li>
<li>Use evidenced based therapeutic approaches and develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with your team</li>
<li>Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within a designated time-frame</li>
<li>Our main focus is utilizing group therapy but also include:</li>
<li>Individual sessions</li>

<li>Responsible for the accurate and timely distribution and documentation of medication for residents in accordance with each resident’s physician’s orders and applicable regulations. </li>

Job Summary: The Advanced Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator performs device deliveries, in-home trials, and provides education to Lympha Press patients for specific geographic territories. Focusing on building a solid relationship with the patient, this role is also responsible for providing positive customer experience. The Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator utilizes company communication and documentation technology in a professional and timely manner.
Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Complete Medicare Advantage Trials which include outlining the benefits of our advanced model pump, trialing both our 51 and 52 devices and explaining the out-of-pocket differences for both devices.</li>
<li>Schedule and perform product demonstration which includes taking measurements and providing instructions to patients for the Lympha Press compression device.</li>
<li>Properly size the patient for a correct compression device fit.</li>
<li>Provide education to the patient regarding the use of compression therapy devices in all aspects, including the application of coordinating garments, ensuring proper size and fit, following prescribed protocols and initiating a therapy session.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate patient “rental agreements” and financial responsibility to the company, and verbal instructions and training with both patients and caregivers based on individual needs.</li>
<li>Manage and respond professionally to patient questions and concerns regarding the product and required documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure all scheduled appointments are confirmed in advance, provide details of expectations for the in-home visit, and organize equipment and supplies to effectively educate patients during the visit.?</li>
<li>Collaborate timely with internal operations teams on order completions and necessary documentation.</li>
<li>Identify, escalate, and communicate patient questions, concerns, or other needs to the patient relations team for follow up on the same day whenever possible.</li>

Education, Certificate and Licensure:
