Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center Derry, NH $55–$60/hour
Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services within our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders</li>
<li>Develop individualized therapy plans based on resident needs</li>
<li>Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, and families</li>
<li>Monitor progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed</li>
<li>Maintain timely and accurate documentation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Active SLP license required</li>
<li>Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong clinical and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
