How You Will Make an Impact: The Patient Access Coordinator serves as a critical link between patients and the Care Center, making a significant impact on patient experience. This vital role ensures that patients have a positive, organized, and efficient entry into CCRM Fertility, contributing to a positive patient experience and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do: The Patient Access Coordinator is responsible for greeting and registering patients, answering phones, collecting patient information, insurance details, completing medical record requests, and provides front office administrative support for the office. The Patient Access Representative is the first person to greet patients and will answer questions or provide general information. This position reports to the Patient Access Manager.

<li>Greet and welcome patients upon their arrival, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.</li>
<li>Scan insurance cards, picture identification, and prior medical records.</li>
<li>Process co-pays, procedure pre-payments, and past due balances prior the scheduled service being rendered.</li>
<li>Schedule or reschedule patient appointments, identify no shows, and promptly communicate schedule changes.</li>
<li>Monitor the correspondence dashboard in Athena (Return mail).</li>
<li>Complete eligibility work queues; identify incorrect insurance on file or clearing progyny inaccurate eligibility status.</li>

<li>Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward based on urgency.</li>
<li>Contact patients missing “New Patient” paperwork, two days prior to their appointment. </li>

What You Bring:

Job Description 
· Set-up and conduct experiments in accordance with Protocol and SOP's.
· Conduct laboratory testing on clinical pathology specimens, including automated immunoassay analysis, hematology, coagulation, serum chemistry, and urinalysis, according to established protocols, timelines and established procedures (SOPs) to generate high-quality, error-free, results.
· Meticulously maintain precise records of all experiments in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices.
· Perform routine maintenance on the lab equipment and troubleshoot with vendor technicians as needed.
· Assist in generating and maintaining applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
· Assist with the in lab validations of instruments and assays.
· Assist in the writing of validation reports.
· Meticulously maintains inventory and lab costs, and communicates finding to laboratory manager.
· Follow all PSL safety requirements.
· Ability to safely wear a respirator required.
· Oversees day to day procedures.
· Leads training of Clinical Pathology Laboratory Scientists.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>B.S. or M.S. degree or equivalent experience in laboratory animal medicine, toxicology, animal science or biology is preferred.</li>
<li>Five years of experience conducting standard clinical pathology testing (experience with hematology, clinical chemistry and coagulation analyzers in addition to a urinalysis machine) is required.</li>
</ul>
The individual holding this position must be of the highest integrity and have a very strong sense of responsibility. He/she must be mature, well organized, capable of adapting to a broad spectrum of responsibilities and able to maintain meticulous and accurate records. Adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP) is of utmost importance. He/she must have a current tetanus vaccination.
 Additional Information 
Positions are full-time, working&nbsp;Monday-Friday 8am-5pm,&nbsp;overtime as needed.&nbsp; Candidates currently&nbsp;living within commutable distance to South Brunswick, NJ&nbsp;are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: $25-30/hr
