<li>Monitor and interpret vital signs, EKGs, lab results, and imaging outcomes.</li>
<li>Coordinate patient flow, care transitions, and discharge planning.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMRs.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and home care.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).</li>
<li>Education: Graduate of an NLNAC or CCNE-accredited institution.</li>
</ul>
 Certification: Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) 
<ul>
<li>Must be certified through AHA or Red Cross</li>
</ul>
Experience: 
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of full-time ER or trauma nursing experience</li>
</ul>
Licensure: 
<ul>
<li>Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. jurisdiction</li>
</ul>
Skills and Abilities: 
<ul>
<li>Proficient in trauma, critical care, and emergency response protocols</li>
<li>Skilled in IV insertion, medication administration, and defibrillation</li>
<li>Able to assess, intervene, and stabilize patients under pressure</li>
<li>Effective communicator and strong team collaborator</li>
<li>Competent in EHR systems and clinical documentation</li>
</ul>
