Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>The Health &amp; Wellness Manager reports to the Center Director and is a salaried, exempt position. </li>
<li>The Health &amp; Wellness Manager is a Registered Nurse that is responsible for the overall supervision of the health and wellness department and services.</li>
<li>The Health &amp; Wellness Manager provides health and wellness assessments and screening, nursing interventions, emergency care, education, and referral services in conjunction with health and wellness staff and health subcontractors.</li>
<li>Orders and maintains current dated pharmaceuticals and clinic supplies. Ensures that assigned staff perform monthly inventories of supplies to include expiration dates. Monitors and ensures the proper storage and condition of supplies and specimens.</li>
<li>Initiates workers’ compensation documentation and maintains secondary OSHA logs. Performs follow-up check on workers’ compensation cases.</li>
<li>Performs physical and emotional wellness assessments. Establishes individualized student health and wellness plans according to protocol outlined in the center’s Health Standing Orders.</li>
<li>Documents each encounter with students in their health records and ensures quality assurance audits. </li>
<li>Works closely with counselors, residential staff, and wellness instructors in providing wellness education to students.</li>
<li>Interprets all expected outcomes, policies and procedures outlined in the PRH and Federal Register Pertinent to the center’s health and wellness component.</li>
<li>Ensures the reporting of all communicable diseases, child abuse cases, etc., as mandated by state and county regulations.</li>
<li>Ensures the proper storage, handling and disposal of hazardous wastes generated by the health and Wellness center.</li>
<li>Ensures the proper protocol is followed for infection control. Ensures the proper handling of specimens and equipment, as well as the appropriate sterilization of equipment.</li>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Licensed by state of employment as a Registered Nurse</li>
<li>Minimum of an associate degree in nursing</li>
<li>Active, unrestricted license to practice in state where center is located</li>
<li>Prefer three years of experience as a practicing nurse, one of which was in a lead or supervisory capacity.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.</li>
<li>Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.</li>

Position Description:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for PRN position with a home health care, Maryland residential service agency.
The Registered Nurse evaluates and advises regarding individual’s client health needs, and trains, monitors, and delegates nursing responsibilities to the Licensed Practical Nurse, Medication Technicians, Certified Nursing Assistants and Companions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>Performs an initial assessment of the client to determine the individual’s needs in order to develop a plan of care in the home.</li>
<li>Performs client Evaluation and Assessment at least every 90 days, and nurse supervisory visits, periodically, depending on the nature of the client’s condition, and the level of skilled nursing provided, including supervising caregivers at the client site.</li>
<li>Communicates with the client’s physician as needed to ensure that accurate information is provided to the physician and that needed orders are followed and available for the physician (e.g. blood-work). Assesses previously hospitalized individuals on return to the home and reassesses all clients, to ensure that all needed services or changes to services can be provided by the appropriate caregiver.</li>
<li>Provides training to employees (as a group and individually) and administrative staff as needed and requested. Training would include (but is not limited to) in-service’s on the plan of care, nursing assessments, blood-borne pathogens, universal precautions, drug references, medication administration, and care of individuals receiving specific treatments or in need of special precautions (e.g. seizures, shunts).</li>
<li>Oversees the administration of medications by observing each staff person administer medications at least every 30 days and reviewing the Medication Administration Records (MARs), at least monthly.</li>
<li>Providing quality nursing to the clients in their care, placing emphasis on the medical/ psycho-social/spiritual needs of the clients, and to be mindful of the needs of the relatives and /or caregivers;</li>
<li>Maintaining nursing standards and client services/care to a level that ensures client safety and quality of care. And complying with the professional code of ethics,</li>
<li>Maintaining proper client documentation including updating client charts timely, and in accordance with HIPAA regulations. General Computer Skills.</li>
<li>Observing and participating in Quality Improvement Programs and activities relating to the provision of care to the home health care client.</li>

Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Inpatient Facility Coder to join our client’s growing Health Information Management (HIM) team. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of inpatient coding standards, MS-DRGs, and strong collaboration skills to partner with the CDI and revenue cycle teams.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Accurately assign ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes for inpatient records</li>
<li>Ensure DRG accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines</li>
<li>Partner closely with Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) teams</li>
<li>Review edits and denials; take corrective action as needed</li>
<li>Adhere to strict productivity (2 charts/hr) and quality (95%+) benchmarks</li>
<li>Participate in coding audits, meetings, and compliance updates</li>
<li>Train with the HIM Manager and Team Lead for 1 week before coding live cases</li>
<li>Use systems including 3M360, EPIC, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook</li>
<li>Maintain ongoing education and CEUs for certification compliance</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management (HIM)</li>
<li>Active RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification (required)</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of inpatient facility coding experience</li>
<li>Strong understanding of MS-DRGs, anatomy/physiology, disease processes, and medical terminology</li>
<li>Must reside in Washington State</li>
<li>Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work independently in a remote setting</li>
<li>Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills</li>
</ul>
Additional Details:
<ul>
<li>Schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday (must be open to 1 weekend day)</li>
<li>Shift Flexibility: Training and hours will be scheduled between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM PST</li>
<li>Facility Size: 228 beds; chart mix includes Med/Surg, OBGYN, Pediatrics, Oncology, Ortho, Neuro, ER admits</li>
<li>No trauma or transplant cases</li>
<li>Remote Role: Must be able to attend initial on-site orientation in WA and pick up equipment upon conversion</li>
