<li>Flatbed: 65% standard split; elect carrier-installed inward &amp; outward event recorders to increase to 70%.</li>
<li>Refrigerated (Reefer): 65% standard split; elect carrier-installed inward &amp; outward event recorders to increase to 70%.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Fuel surcharge &amp; reefer fuel handling:
<ul>
<li>Reefer:&nbsp; Contractor receives 90% of the total fuel surcharge on temperature-controlled loads (100% on dry loads).</li>
<li>Flatbed:&nbsp;Contractor receives 100% of the total fuel surcharge.</li>
</ul>

<li>Bonuses (monthly scorecard): Earn additional per-mile bonuses based on safety, fuel compliance, idle, miles and service performance via Decker’s IC scorecard. IC owner-operators can qualify for incremental per?mile payouts by hitting scorecard tiers</li>
