The Technical Systems Director will handle the day to day operations of a variety of projects while working with the Project Management teams. This role will work very closely with the Project Executives and will elevate tasks to Project Executive as needed. <li>Strong background in leading project start-ups, kick-offs, and overseeing project execution using structured methodologies.</li>
<li>Experience managing project financials, including labor planning, projections, WIP readiness, and change order pricing.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with Project Executives, Superintendents, and clients, including honest reporting and escalation of issues.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in maintaining and strengthening client relationships throughout project lifecycles.</li>
<li>Skilled in reviewing contracts and purchase orders to ensure accuracy in scope, pricing, and compliance with work rules.</li>
<li>Commitment to promoting and integrating company safety programs and culture into all projects.</li>
<li>Ability to drive continuous improvement, resolve complex issues, and contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation.</li>

Salary range for this position is $150,000-$185,000 annually.

<ul>
<li>Process subcontractor, material, overhead, and reimbursement invoices in accordance with company policies and contract terms.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate job coding and obtain necessary approvals before issuing payments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with purchasing and project management teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.</li>
<li>Maintain and update vendor records, including W-9s and tax exemption certificates.</li>
<li>Reconcile vendor and credit card statements.</li>
<li>Address payment inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to junior AP staff.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly accounts payable reports and assist with other accounting functions as needed.</li>

 Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience.</li>
<li>Experience with job cost accounting in construction or manufacturing is preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and Sage 300 CRE (formerly Timberline).</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Experience in a supervisory or mentoring role is a plus.</li>
