Responsibilities and Duties:
<ul>
<li>Shift leadership responsibilities</li>
<li>Store opening and closing responsibilities along with POS and asset management</li>
<li>Partner with manager on day-to-day business needs</li>
<li>Efficiently process replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels</li>
<li>Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience</li>
<li>Maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with set standards</li>
<li>Execute product demonstrations and special events</li>
<li>Partner with the Events Manager on special events</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills:
<ul>

<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights &amp; weekends</li>
<li>Commitment to customer service and constant improvement</li>
<li>Retail sales experience preferred</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>

<li>Able to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladder</li>

 What You'll Do:

<li> Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites </li>
<li> Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education </li>
<li> Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams </li>
<li> Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service </li>
<li> Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise </li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter areas.</li>
<li>Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards found during patrols to help to deter unwanted incidents.</li>
<li>Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior within the facility.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors as needed while on patrol.</li>
<li>Document all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.</li>
</ul>
