The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

<li>Working a rotating 8 to 12 hour shift with the opportunity for 7 consecutive days off each month</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Ability to conduct and understand basic arithmetic and measurements using a calculator and ruler</li>
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
<li>Ability to urgently address situations and events that require a quick response </li>

Job Description 
<ul>
<li>Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increases effectiveness and credibility of participants</li>
<li>Builds trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnerships</li>
<li>Leverages existing Learning &amp; Development core platforms and content within the specific Franchise/Brand training products, to limit duplicative efforts</li>
<li>Demonstrates direct and open communication key stakeholders resulting in positive relationships and mutual alignment</li>
<li>Provides candid and specific verbal &amp; written feedback resulting in training participants being aware of strengths and weaknesses including a plan for improved performance</li>
<li>Recognizes the skill level of training participants and adjusts coaching and training techniques to meet the needs of individuals</li>
<li>Develops Rotational Trainers and/or Guest Trainers by providing them a meaningful role in the class, one-to-one coaching including performance feedback</li>
<li>Demonstrates and applies knowledge of all stakeholder businesses, strategies and priorities and integrates training activities into brand team business plans</li>
<li>Recognized as a product and disease-state expert as well as an expert in non-therapeutic areas such as customer and business skills</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>3+ years of field sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP)</li>
<li>Project management experience and/or proven ability to manage in a matrixed organization</li>
<li>High performing sales track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of individuals at all levels of management to develop partnerships and align training with the business strategy</li>
<li>Proven ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage to the organization</li>
<li>Preferred: Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer experience</li>
</ul>

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients and tenants by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control, and other security-related duties within a commercial real estate location.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalation protocols.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify conditions needing attention.</li>
<li>Monitor and report unusual activity, building conditions, and policy concerns, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.</li>
<li>Perform access control functions such as checking identification, verifying visitor and contractor authorization, and directing guests to appropriate destinations as required by site policy.</li>
<li>Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation with clear, accurate details in accordance with Allied Universal requirements and site procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including fire and alarm response, medical calls, elevator entrapments, and severe weather procedures, while coordinating with responding agencies as directed.</li>
<li>Support property operations by providing directions, answering general questions, and assisting with tenant service requests when within scope of post duties.</li>
<li>Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarm panels, and access control systems when assigned, reporting issues and/or anomalies through the proper channels.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional presence, follow uniform standards, and use de-escalation and customer service techniques to resolve conflicts and/or complaints within scope of assignment.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Have 1+ years of security experience.</li>
<li>A guard card/license is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
