JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The Gate Attendant serves as the evening and weekend contact to owners and guests providing general information, check-in assistance, and first-class customer service. The Gate Attendant is responsible for securing all common areas on the property. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Work with AGM and Operations Supervisor to establish and maintain an efficient and accurate gatehouse operation. </li>
<li>Ensure all entries to the Resort are authorized. Verify credentials, passes, reservations, and guide vehicles to the appropriate areas as needed. </li>
<li>Ensure all gate attendants are not using hand signals from the Guard House are allowed for vehicle entry. You must exit the Guard House to greet each vehicle driver professionally and courteously. Additionally, assist visitors by providing directions, answering questions, and offering support as needed.</li>
<li>Answer questions while providing friendly and accurate information about the greater Williamsburg area.</li>
<li>Perform rounds on property; securing locations as needed. Report same on Security Report.</li>
<li>Maintain presence at gatehouse when not assisting guests or conducting security rounds.</li>
<li>Completes Incident Report in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Keep supervisor informed of any incidents that occur during work shift.</li>
<li>Maintain security and cleanliness of common areas of gatehouse and surrounding areas.</li>
<li>Secure all property in common areas as directed in the procedure book.</li>
<li>Investigate and report all guest relations issues and take appropriate action to resolve problems.</li>
<li>Report and investigate maintenance issues as needed. </li>
<li>Provide assistance to guests experiencing problems with keys as needed, and reports issue to Maintenance for corrective measures.</li>
<li>Distribute check in and check out materials for front desk operation as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain communication with other departments; informs departments of events/issues that may affect their operations as well as keeping informed of other departments’ activities that may impact Security.</li>
<li>Exhibit a friendly and professional appearance and demeanor to all guests.</li>
<li>Maintain complete knowledge of guest relations procedure book.</li>
<li>Follow AED policy and procedure manual. </li>
<li>Follow all established policies and procedures, e.g., uniform standards.</li>

Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Behavioral Health department at a healthcare facility in Brooklyn, NY. This leadership role plays a key part in advancing quality improvement initiatives, supporting nursing leadership, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care within a behavioral health setting.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, effective leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement initiatives to improve patient care outcomes and nursing staff performance.
</li>
<li>
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate patient care performance metrics in collaboration with Nurse Managers.
</li>
<li>
Conduct unit assessments and implement corrective actions to address identified gaps.
</li>
<li>
Develop, maintain, and oversee documentation and tracking systems related to medication errors and staff counseling.
</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
</li>
<li>
Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing guidance to nursing staff within the Behavioral Health department.
</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
</li>
<li>
Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
</li>
<li>
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with Primary Source Verification through the New York State Department of Education (NYSED).
</li>
<li>
Current BLS certification.
</li>
<li>
Demonstrated experience working in a Behavioral Health setting.
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
</li>
</ul>
