Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Estimator to join our electrical testing and commissioning team in Hamilton, NJ. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, proposals, and quotations for projects involving electrical power systems testing, commissioning, and maintenance. This role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery for projects located in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Delaware and Pennsylvania regions.
Key Responsibilities

They ensure that the contractor is performing inspection and testing adequately and identify and track deficient and nonconforming work to resolution. The Construction Quality Manager performs work under the limited supervision of the Deputy Program Manager, with broad latitude in exercising independent judgment. 
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

<li>Operates a hand magic screed to level freshly placed concrete according to grade and depth specification.</li>

<li>Install the concrete forms.</li>
<li>Properly rake concrete</li>
<li>Hand screed, mag and hand steel edges.</li>

<li>Use chemical additives to speed up drying process if necessary.</li>
<li>Finish floors with color hardeners.</li>
<li>Smooth concrete surface using either a hand trowel, long handled or powered float.</li>
<li>Cut joints/grooves in concrete with edging soff cut saw to help control cracking.</li>
<li>Apply hardening and sealing/curing components cure surfaces.</li>
<li>Operate the Line Dragon.</li>

Job Requirements:

<li>3+ years of experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>Ability to pass a drug test</li>
