Strip, clean, buff, and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets as needed.8. Clean and sanitize bathrooms using established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).9. Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.10. HANDY PERSON DUTIES
1. Perform minor repairs or installations to walls, floors, ceiling, windows, plumbing, electrical and other structural and functional components of the facility.
2. Apply paint or otherwise upgrade and improve the look and function of the facility as needed.
3. General maintenance of grounds including cutting grass, removing debris, improving fencing, gates, access to/from the facility, and removing potential safety risks.
4. Handle recycling materials.
