EXPERIENCED Bilingual Tower Technician (Level II, III) Location: Travel-based (3–6 weeks away from home) | Schedule: M–F, weekends/overtime as needed | Hours: 40–60/week

POSITION SUMMARY
The Bilingual Tower Technician is responsible for installing, upgrading, and maintaining wireless communications infrastructure on cell sites and towers. This role is physically demanding and safety/quality-critical, requiring technical skills, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Install, upgrade, and maintain wireless systems on towers, rooftops, and poles</li>
<li>Read and interpret scopes of work, structural analysis, and construction drawings</li>
<li>Participate in safety meetings, job planning, and reporting</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate on-site safety hazards</li>
<li>Ensure all work meets project quality standards and timelines</li>
<li>Use testing tools (e.g., PIM, Anritsu, OTDR) for troubleshooting and integration</li>
<li>Complete daily reports, timecards, expenses, and close-out documentation</li>
<li>Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles</li>
<li>Support accident/incident reporting and corrective actions</li>

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year of experience as a tower technician</li>
<li>Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish</li>
<li>Proficient with hand/power tools and antenna alignment tools</li>
<li>Certified in OSHA 10, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, Comtrain (or equivalent), NWSA TT1 or TT2</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>
<li>Able to travel for extended periods (3–6 weeks at a time)</li>
<li>Use of PPE, full climbing gear, boots, and basic hand tools</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Basic computer literacy for time tracking and reporting, including GPS enabled time-card system</li>
</ul>
Preferred Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience with all major carriers (AT&amp;T, Verizon, T-Mobile)</li>
<li>Skilled in rigging procedures and operating heavy equipment (lift, trailer, etc.)</li>
<li>Skilled with test equipment: Anritsu, OTDR, PIM, ODM</li>
<li>Able to read construction documents and understand structural analysis</li>

Physical Requirements:

<li>Must be able to climb towers up to 500 feet</li>
<li>Lift and carry 70 lbs or more</li>

<li>Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed. </li>

Requirements / Qualifications

<li>Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial record</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs. </li>

<li>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail</li>
