Requirements:
 
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide a level of care that goes beyond the traditional urgent care setting</li>
<li>Ensure comprehensive care for patients of all ages</li>
<li>Procedures to include EKG and X-ray interpretation, abscess incision and drainage, infection management, reduction of dislocations, splinting of fractures, laceration repair, IV hydration, and medication administration</li>
<li>Serve as a role model and leader for the clinical team</li>
<li>Communicate test results, follow-up care, and treatment plans</li>
<li>Effectively communicate and collaborate with Physicians</li>
<li>Work with an energetic, highly-trained support team, including many shifts with a scribe</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Family Nurse Practitioner</li>
<li>Experience with procedures such as suturing and abscess I&amp;D</li>
<li>Experience with reading diagnostics studies, including X-rays and EKGs</li>
<li>2+ years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care highly preferred</li>
<li>ACLS and PALS Certification preferred</li>
</ul>

RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li> Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and regulations, and adhering to hours-of-service requirements</li>
<li> Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is properly secured, and managing paperwork related to shipments</li>
<li> Collect delivery instructions from dispatcher, verifying instructions and routes</li>
<li> Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks</li>
<li> Communicate with dispatchers and customers, maintain accurate trip logs, and document deliveries</li>
<li> Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies</li>
