Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise day-to-day 3rd shift production operations and personnel.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate job expectations, train, coach in a constructive and consistent manager while ensuring proper staffing to complete jobs as designated</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and organized work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing company policies and legal regulations</li>
<li>Approves time-off requests for assigned employees</li>
<li>Completes performance reviews and provide feedback on an ongoing basis</li>
<li>Identify, troubleshoot and resolve press-related issues to minimize downtime and implement necessary changes to positively impact production</li>
<li>Participate in production meetings and identify corrective actions as needed</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Relevant Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not required)</li>
<li>5+ years of related experience in the printing/packaging industry (Required)</li>
<li>Previous leadership experience (Required)</li>
<li>Must possess strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence</li>
<li>Must possess excellent communication skills, good time and project management skills</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time</li>
<li>Must have the ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness</li>
<li>Frequently exposed to high-speed moving mechanical parts, UV, strobing or flashing light</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds</li>
</ul>
Schedule:
Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am (must be available to work weekends and have the flexibility to adjust to extended hours when necessary)
