The Cellar Operator is responsible for all aspects of processes related to fermentation, conditioning, treatment, clarification, carbonation, and any other steps required to achieve a consistent final product ready for packaging. Talent One Recruitment &amp; Staffing is seeking an experienced Food Manufacturing Purchasing Clerk to work for a well established client in the city of Commerce.
Job Type: Full-time 
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour 
Expected hours: 40 per week 
Schedule: • 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
Requirements:

<li>Efficiency in procurement.</li>
<li>Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing while adhering to quality, budget and compliance standards.</li>
<li>Identify potential suppliers.</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and terms.</li>
<li>Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.</li>
<li>Resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.</li>
