Autism Behavioral Center's mission is to improve the independence and social awareness of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while simultaneously increasing the knowledge, skill set, and quality of life for both the individuals and families of those impacted by ASD. ABC offers a comprehensive array of services including one-to-one in-home therapy, social skills programs, community programs, specifically targeting deficits that impact individuals with autism. Each service program is tailored exclusively to meet the needs of both the individual and the family.
Job Summary
Autism Behavioral Center is seeking full time Case managers to join Team ABC. We need a Case Manager with strong leadership skills who wants to make a difference working with an amazing team. Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories (MERL) invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Research Scientist in the Multiphysical Systems Group. Current areas of interest include physics-based modeling and numerical simulation of thermofluid and mechatronic systems, control system design and development, nonlinear state estimation, and applications of machine learning. Successful candidates will be expected to perform original, relevant research in the areas of nonlinear state estimation and system inversion for complex multiphysical systems.
The Multiphysical Systems Group at MERL conducts fundamental, academically-oriented research in model-based design and analysis of complex multiphysical systems, emphasizing thermofluid, electrical power, and mechatronic applications. Using state-of-the-art languages, we construct system-level dynamic models and use them to design new estimation and control algorithms, analyze dynamic behaviors, optimize product performance, and prototype new products and services that are enabled by these tools and methods. Current research interests include data-driven optimization and estimation for large-scale, nonlinear system models, development of next-generation tools for scientific computing, and design and analysis of robust nonlinear control and model predictive control. Specific areas of interest include state and parameter estimation for physics-based models comprised of hybrid (discrete and continuous state) nonlinear differential algebraic equations, particle filtering and ensemble estimation methods, variational methods for data assimilation and model inversion, and other cutting-edge estimation technologies. The successful candidate will bring an independent research agenda and a track record commensurate with experience and be capable of working within interdisciplinary R&amp;D teams.
Responsibilities for this position include:

<li>Conducting innovative and relevant research on modelling, estimation and control for multiphysical systems</li>
<li>Developing and advancing a research agenda impacting the scientific community and company technology</li>

The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $135,000 and $170,000 per year. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and the community in which it serves. Supports, and adheres to, the Bank's regulatory compliance objectives. Supervises and coordinates teller area to ensure quality customer service and effective branch operations in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies, and procedures. Supports and adheres to, the Bank's regulatory compliance objectives and implements changes to support prescribed requirements. 1. Directly supervises tellers and schedules the daily activities of the teller staff. Provides feedback to Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure teller schedules are commensurate with branch staffing goals. Assists tellers with customer transactions, as needed, and may perform all the duties commensurate with a teller based on customer demand. 
2. Troubleshoots and reconciles problems and complaints relative to teller line activity. Responsible for ensuring that teller identified errors, including teller overs and shorts, are identified and corrected in a timely manner. Provides training and coaching to tellers.
3. Performs teller related operational activities. Complies with various bank procedures as they pertain to BSA compliance and maintains various logs, records, and inventories, as prescribed by bank procedures. Keeps abreast of regulatory compliance and developments for assigned area and apprises staff of it. Recommends procedural changes as needed to support prescribed requirements.
4. Verifies vault totals daily and maintains cash levels within prescribed limits. Orders cash for branch and verifies receipt of cash in accordance with Bank security procedures. Responsible for daily ATM settlement. Ensures that cash and checks are appropriately stored at the end of the day. Performs audit of tellers’ cash drawer on a regular basis. 
5. Sells and redeems U.S. Saving Bonds. 
6. Provides service and cross sells all products to customer in teller capacity. May open accounts, process loan applications and loan payoffs, as required; enters required data into computer. Provides customers with information and advice within scope of authority. 
7. Provides backup to Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager as needed. 8. Performs security functions, including opening and closing the branch offices, vault opening and closing, proper storage of cash and checks, internal control. Assists in ensuring proper maintenance of assigned branch building, grounds and equipment, OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 9. Performs related and unrelated duties as may be required or assigned. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma plus specialized course work and training. At least three years’ experience in a teller position with demonstrated supervisory ability. Working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services. Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Able to use various office equipment including computer terminal. Able to work extended or weekend hours.
INDEPENDENT ACTION: Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and practices. Consults with Executive management when clarification or exception to Bank policy may be required. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Operational Excellence Specialist&nbsp;to support both clinical care&nbsp;and organizational growth. In this unique dual-role, you’ll divide your time between treating patients in a clinic&nbsp;and leading operational technology initiatives and new team integrations&nbsp;for Physical Therapists, PTAs, and OTs across our organization.
You'll serve as a technology thought leader, driving EMR optimization &amp; enhancement and continuously analyzing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency through automation. Additionally, you’ll support integrations, data development, and new teammate onboarding.&nbsp;This is a great opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about both patient care and improving the teammate experience through the advancement of available technology. This is a hybrid-remote position that requires some on-site work within our geographic footprint.

Essential Functions

<li>Owns the setup, maintenance, and deactivation of users, locations, etc. in EMR, BI, and HEP platforms</li>
<li>Monitors and responds to support tickets related to operational technologies and general operations needs</li>
<li>Provides high-quality patient care that aligns with core values and ensures an exceptional patient experience</li>
<li>Collaborates with the clinic-based team to gather feedback on EMR functionality and opportunities for day-to-day workflow enhancements</li>
<li>Continuously analyzes operational technology platforms to recommend and implement improvements in workflow, data management, and system performance for clinical, administrative, and resource center users</li>
<li>Develops and maintains current training materials for operational technologies</li>
<li>Tests software updates and resolve technical issues prior to live implementation</li>
<li>Develops and adjusts integration training plans based on the unique circumstances of each deal</li>
<li>Provides an excellent clinician training experience and onsite support during go-live implementation</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
1. Must have a physical therapy degree and active physical therapy license
2. This role requires frequent travel including multiple overnight stays across the northern and eastern regions of the country. Candidates must be able to meet the travel requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
3. Must have experience onboarding and training
4. Experience using electronic medical records systems required. Experience with Raintree is beneficial
5. Experience with MS Office Suite required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
