Informed by a new strategic plan launching in 2025 and guided by the leadership of President &amp; CEO Nicole Zussman, this is an exceptionally special moment to help set the future course for AMC. This position will lead principal gift strategy by co-creating transformational funding opportunities in partnership with AMC's program leadership, and collaboratively advancing relationships with ultra-high net worth individual donors and volunteers. The SDPG will play a critical role in contributing to AMC's overall fundraising success at the highest levels by charting strategies that build towards principal, major and planned gifts in support of campaign priorities. This position will be responsible for a blended set of responsibilities to include designing and implementing a high-touch principal gifts program, carrying a personal portfolio of major (six-figure) and principal (seven- and eight-figure) gift prospects, and providing oversight, coaching, and guidance to the individual giving team and partners. The SDPG will implement a best-in-class structure and process for raising major- and principal-gift level gifts that propel AMC toward its future. Cross-Organizational Collaboration • Provide strategic thought partnership on fundraising strategies to colleagues and guide the creation of their targeted cultivation plans and establish solicitation priorities. • Collaborate with and streamline work flows with AMC colleagues enterprise-wide to maximize philanthropic experiences for the organization's top prospects and donors. • Build bridges with volunteers across different segments of AMC community to engage them as appropriate in principal gifts fundraising and foster a culture of philanthropy. Frontline Fundraising • Build and manage a fundraising portfolio of 30-40 principal gift prospects who have the capacity and inclination to support one or more of AMC's fundraising priorities. • Visit donors and prospects independently, as well as in tandem with AMC executive leadership, and work proactively to bring them to AMC facilities for substantive visits and engagements. • Work closely with the President &amp; CEO, CDO, and the Campaign Director to facilitate movement of specific prospects and donors through various stages of giving, especially with top campaign prospects. • Oversee the preparation of fundraising proposals, talking points and scripts, assessment of potential support, briefings, and stewardship and impact reports for assigned prospects. • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of AMC's strategic vision and philanthropic priorities for advancing transformational gift opportunities. • Collaborate with the CDO in maximizing fundraising engagement of AMC's Board of Directors and Board of Advisors in the comprehensive campaign through the cultivation of relationships with assigned Board members. Key Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years' proven experience in fundraising leadership positions. • 5+ years managing front-line fundraisers, motivating, and guiding them to high performance and professional growth. • Demonstrated track record of fundraising success in the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major (six-figure) and principal gifts (seven+ figures) • Success in strategically engaging and securing gifts from previously unaffiliated constituencies. • Proven experience playing a key leadership role in a fundraising campaign • Facility with employing CRMs and reporting to inform a data-driven approach to moves management. POSITION SUMMARY 
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall facilities maintenance, operations and security of multiple properties. Supervisory responsibility for maintenance technicians, cleaner and porters 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
The position requires performance in a wide range of areas to the buildings, grounds, and equipment. It requires a working knowledge of the following, but are not limited to the following areas:

<li>Plumbing: Replacing hot/cold plumbing fixtures; sweating pipes; replacing hot water tanks, baseboard units and valves; cleaning drains; replacing or resurfacing of faucet seats; installing/replacing toilets and disposals/sinks. This may involve working in cramped quarters and, at times, lifting of heavy objects. </li>
<li>Electrical: Wiring and troubleshooting, as well as maintenance/testing of smoke detectors, fire alarms, receptacles, switches, light fixtures, fuses and circuit breakers replacements. </li>
<li>Carpentry: Re-hanging and/or replacement of doors; repair and/or replacement of windows, floors, cabinets, etc. </li>
<li>Roofing: Inspecting, caulking and replacing shingles for emergency repairs. </li>

<li>Organizes the maintenance program so maintenance is performed in a timely and correct manner. </li>
<li>Responds to emergency requirements and either performs or contracts work to be performed as quickly as possible. </li>
<li>Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment. Oversees purchase of supplies and equipment through actively seeking competitive bids. All purchases will be made by purchase orders authorized by the site manager or the main office, depending on total purchase. </li>
<li>Coordinates with site manager unit inspections performed by any third party. </li>
<li>Performs annual unit inspections with site manager and follows up with work orders to repair any deficiencies found. </li>

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Manages and maintains multiple Outlook calendars for Section Chief, Administrative Director, and other senior leaders.
Schedules and coordinates section meetings, candidate lectures, special presentations and events. Communicates meeting details to intended parties.
Prepares excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, candidate lecture advertisements, reports, and other correspondence as requested.
Processes reimbursements, travel and expense reports and purchase orders.
Submits work orders for maintenance/housekeeping related requests.
Answers department telephones and routes calls to department personnel and/or takes messages.
Courteously and professionally represents the Section when greeting and providing assistance to faculty, outside faculty, research/laboratory sales representatives and other visitors.
Assists with the coordination of the academic appointments and promotions process for faculty within the Section. Provides assistance completing various forms required to complete packets for submission. Ensure the process is complete and appropriate deadlines are met while keeping current on the evolving process.
Manages onboarding and prepares the credentialing applications for processing and administer license renewals, malpractice insurance and re-credentialing applications for assigned clinicians within the Section.
Initiates and institutes administrative procedures in areas for purchasing inventory and space assignment.
Monitors and maintains inventory of office supplies and equipment. Makes office purchases as needed, evaluates, develops and revises administrative office systems in order to improve office productivity and cost effectiveness.
Liaise between principle investigators and research personnel with Facility Systems Engineer, Facilities and Energy Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Services and other internal/external vendors to ensure safe effective work environment and laboratory equipment meets safety requirements and guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
EDUCATION: 
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. 
EXPERIENCE: 
Minimum 3 years experience in medical or healthcare institutions, ideally in academic medicine. 
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Requires a significant level of analytical ability to develop and analyze budgets and to develop related justification.
Ability to work independently, to prioritize work, to anticipate deadlines, and to concentrate on and pay attention to detail.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; pleasant, courteous, and helpful telephone manner and professional demeanor for favorable "first impression".
Strong interpersonal skills necessary to be socially perceptive in accepting, relaying, and respecting confidential information, communicating policies and procedures, and dealing with individuals from variety of disciplines and diverse backgrounds, including influential people.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web browsers. Experience with statistical analysis tools a plus.
Excellent record-keeping skills, office organizational skills, and computer literacy necessary for entering and manipulating statistical data, creating schedules, and maintaining detailed, accurate, and complete records of departmental activities and confidential personnel/training records.

What you will do: As a member of the Marketing team, you will provide calendar support to Marketing VPs and their broader teams, assist with travel support, submitting travel expenses, and SAP delegate responsibilities including approving and reconciling invoices when needed. The task complexity will vary based on team initiatives and functional needs of these teams. 
You will be expected to provide administrative support to multiple Directors and Senior Level Managers, which includes coordinating calendar meetings, travel, preparing expense reports, and providing preparation for internal and external meetings. You will handle purchase requisitions for products and services across the group, administrate time, and coordinate events as the need arises. You will work with other Administrative/Executive Assistants as needed. 
What you need for this job: Prior experience supporting multiple Executives in a fast-paced environment is required. The successful candidate is an outstanding organizer, who can multitask and prioritize optimally in a fast-paced environment. Problem solvers with strong initiative and good judgment will be highly valued. Customer service-focused individuals, with strong communication skills who can build/manage relationships and work collaboratively will be phenomenal teammates who are resourceful, self-motivated, and carry a "can do" positive demeanor. 
Lastly, strong PC application skills, e.g., MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are a must. SAP, Ariba, and SharePoint experience is encouraged.
