Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join Waterbell Home Care and Nursing Staff in Watertown, MA, as a CNA Home HealthCare Aid (HHA) and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are eager to provide personalized care and support in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications and monitor health status under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification and/or HHA license in Massachusetts.
• Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
• Background check and reference verification required.
