Position Summary:
This critical member of the admissions recruits prospective students from high schools and community-based organizations. Specifically, the Admissions Counselor:

<li>Builds relationships with school and non-profit leaders that lead to mutually beneficial partnerships. </li>
<li>Recruits students by visiting area high schools and college admission events, arranging and leading campus tours, and following up on all leads. </li>
<li>Analyzes their prospect pool and other data based on field work and results and, with consultation from the Director of Admissions, adjusts recruiting strategies and materials accordingly to promote the best yield. </li>
<li>Continuously improves by studying and evaluating their results and implementing changes in their approach. </li>

<li>Works collaboratively with other admissions counselors, as well as financial aid and student success colleagues, to keep students and families front and center. </li>
<li>Reviews applications and guides prospective students through the enrollment process. </li>

<li>Maintains accurate documentation of applicants’ place in the pipeline and their progress toward the goal of enrollment. </li>

The LTSS Manager reports to the Sr. LTSS Manager and is responsible for the oversight and the day-to-day operations of one or several programs in the Special Programs Department. The LTSS Manager will provide direct supervision of the staff assigned to the programs. 
The Special Programs Department manages the following programs: Senior Care Options Plans (SCO), One Care Plans (OCP), and the Community Partnership (CP) under Accountable Care Organizations Partnership (ACO).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Assist with the selection, onboarding, and training of supervised staff.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with CMS, Executive Office of Aging &amp; Independence (AGE), and other applicable State and Federal regulations and programs, CBES policies and procedures, quality performance measures, and productivity standards. </li>

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Three years working in an Aging Services Access Point organization with case management experience with at least one year of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.</li>

About This Position We are looking for an experienced educator who is enthusiastic about working with students ages 18+ with disabilities to lead our MAPLE (Mass Audubon’s Accessible Programs and Learning Experiences) Vocational Program. Through vocational programming at Ipswich River, interns have the opportunity to learn and practice skills important to future employment and education. We have 3 different groups of interns with job coaches working at the sanctuary Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings.
