Position Summary
The Director of Safety Security provides leadership and strategic oversight for all safety, security, and emergency management operations across The Westchester campus. The Director ensures that all systems, personnel, and procedures are aligned with regulatory standards and the Corporation’s expectations for safety, professionalism, and service. This position is responsible for supervising the in-house security team, overseeing fire and life-safety systems, coordinating emergency preparedness, and maintaining compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Leadership &amp; Staff Oversight
• Supervise and schedule Access Control Officers and Switchboard Operators to ensure continuous campus coverage.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, establishing clear standards for conduct, incident reporting, and communication.
• Coordinate quarterly performance reviews and ensure all required certifications and training are current.
Security Operations
• Manage and administer all physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, intercom, and alarm platforms.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for access control, visitor management, and contractor entry.
• Conduct and document investigations of incidents, complaints, and security violations, ensuring timely reporting to Management.
Fire and Life Safety Oversight
• Direct oversight for all fire alarm and life-safety systems, procedures, and related training.
• Serve as liaison to the D.C. Fire Marshal’s Office and coordinate required inspections, testing, and evacuation drills.
• Maintain documentation of all compliance activities, ensuring systems are operational and records auditable.
Emergency Preparedness and Response
• Develop and maintain the Corporation’s emergency response, evacuation, and continuity plans.
• Coordinate and lead campus-wide drills, tabletop exercises, and After-Action Reviews
(AARs).
• Act as the primary liaison with law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical agencies.
Training and Policy Development
• Implement a structured training program consistent with The Westchester’s Security Program Framework.
• Oversee required CPR/AED and first aid certification for all staff and ensure completion of annual refresher courses.
• Develop and update written policies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide safety and emergency procedure training to other departments as needed.
Interdepartmental Coordination and Communication
• Work collaboratively with Facilities, Human Resources, and Front Desk management to address operational and safety concerns.
• Communicate with Member-Owners regarding safety and incident matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Provide quarterly reports and updates to the General Manager | Chief Operating Officer, summarizing training compliance, incident trends, and improvement actions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Emergency Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in security or safety management, preferably in a residential, institutional, or hospitality environment.
• Strong working knowledge of access control, CCTV, and fire/life-safety systems.
• Experience in supervision, budgeting, and policy implementation.
• Certified in or able to obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid within 90 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage complex situations with discretion.
Schedule and Evaluation

Credence has an immediate opening for a Senior Information Assurance Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F-16 division at Hill Air Force Base, UT. 
F-16 “Viper” AFLCMC/WAM is headquartered at Hill Air Force Base with units located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Tyndall Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The F-16 “Viper” is a multi-role fighter jet delivering air-to-air, air-to-ground, and surveillance capabilities for the United States Air Force (USAF) and Coalition Partners. 
The F-16 program has the largest Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in U.S. history producing over 4,500 jets for 24 countries. Each F-16 FMS case is uniquely tailored to country requirements / development / funding. Presently, FMS production orders exist through 2030. Additionally, the F-16 program includes the Multi-National Fighter Program (MNFP). MNFP is not a typical FMS program, but a unique, cooperative USAF and development program implemented through the FMS process under the framework of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). MNFP began in 1975 with the countries of Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Norway; Portugal joined in 2000.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
<ul>
<li>Serve as lead technical advisor to the materiel leader for the F-16 IA program and assist to provide multi-discipline expertise covering program management, IA management, systems engineering, System Security Engineering (SSE), system administration, network administration, project management, and integrated schedule development functional areas combined with extensive F-16 systems and configuration experience.</li>
<li> Assist with detailed F-16 USAF and FMS systems integration and configuration processes to identify integration and performance methods and risks. The Contractor shall assist the Government in the development, implementation and execution of integration and acquisition strategies for multiple F-16 USAF and FMS programs.</li>
<li>Support translation of customer requirements into acquisition program requirements and requirements development for hardware and software.</li>
<li>Provide technical support for the F-16 IA program including the protection of the confidentiality, availability, integrity, authenticity, and non-repudiation of user data.</li>
<li>Assist to develop integrated schedules including program conceptual schedules.</li>
<li>Provide advisory support in system/subsystem engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, DM, CM, contracting, FM, test/evaluation, logistics, and other technical integration functions as they relate to the development, implementation, and sustainment of F-16 systems.</li>
<li>Support IPTs and working groups composed of various functional disciplines engaged in developing and recommending acquisition streamlining proposals and implementation plans.</li>
<li>Provide F-16 AT program support to include AT program requirements.</li>
<li>Provide technical support for F-16 SSWG and program protection activities to include but not limited to development and evaluation of program CPI; security classification guidance development and review; and technical support to evaluation F- 16 security guidance.</li>
<li>Support continuous assessment and evaluation of the overall F-16 IA program and individual project goals, objectives, strategies, and performance metrics.</li>
<li> Assist to prepare, deliver and defend studies and briefings to both end users and senior leadership as needed.</li>
<li> Support the F-16 IA organization at executive levels within the Government and to Contractor/industry representatives.</li>
<li>Assist to review and interpret cyber threat and other intelligence reports at the TS-SCI level and provide appropriate guidance to F-16 Program Office activities.</li>
<li>Provide support to Platform Information Technology (PIT) Assessment and Authorization (A&amp;A) for F-16 program during the acquisition life cycle. This support includes developing, modifying, reviewing or coordinating PIT determination packages, Information Assurance Strategy (IAS), Information Assurance Plan (IAP), System Security Plan (SSP), Security Concept of Operations (CONOPS), artifacts for program reviews and RFPs. </li>
<li>Assist to execute the IA Risk Management Framework (RMF) to support A&amp;A for the F-16 aircraft platform and modifications.</li>
<li>Assist to evaluate the technical implementation of the security design to ascertain that security software, hardware, and firmware features affecting confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability, and non-repudiation have been implemented as documented in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53 and/or DoDI 8500.2. </li>
<li>Assist to facilitate staffing of each approval package through the requesting organization and the Engineering Directorate (AFLCMC/EN) prior to submission and briefing to the Designated Approving Authority (DAA).</li>
<li>Assist to perform IA site audits to verify architecture analysis, IA requirements and controls, verify mitigation actions, witness IA testing and evaluation, and to support final approval for Interim Authority to Test (IATT), Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) and/or Authority to Operate (ATO)/Authority to Connect (ATC). The Contractor shall assist to document and report IA site audit findings and recommendations.</li>
<li> Assist to identify the Software Assurance (SWA) pedigree and quality assurance issues and document the results. </li>
<li>Assist to perform software security analysis to assess the vulnerabilities and risks. </li>
<li>Assist to document results and report to the Government PM and the Certification Authority Representative. </li>
<li>Assist with developing an approach for performing operational SWA sensitivity analysis. </li>
<li>Assist with developing SWA test metrics for inputs to the TEMP. </li>

Requirements
