Position Summary:
 A respected hospital in North Carolina is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee its Progressive Care Unit (40 beds). The Nurse Manager will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care aligned with current evidence-based standards. This leader will manage staffing and resources, foster professional growth among team members, and collaborate with hospital leadership to drive clinical and operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Provide direct leadership and supervision for the Progressive Care Unit</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with clinical standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Promote patient safety, evidence-based care, and quality outcomes</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership teams on strategic planning, staffing, and innovation initiatives</li>
<li>Manage operational budgets and resource allocations</li>
<li>Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts</li>
<li>Mentor and guide professional development of nursing staff</li>

Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred</li>
<li>ADN/BA with MSN accepted in lieu of BSN</li>
<li>5+ years of recent acute care nursing experience</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience in an acute care setting</li>
<li>Current RN license (Compact accepted)</li>
<li>National certification in leadership or specialty within 1 year of hire</li>
<li>BLS required</li>

Carpenter's Helper/Laborer We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenters Helper to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in the construction industry. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and gain valuable hands-on experience in the carpentry field. As a Carpenters Helper, you will work as part of a team under the guidance of a Crew Leader and a Journeyman Carpenter. General Responsibilities: Assist on the Jobsite, including measuring, cutting, and assemblingmaterials. Support remodeling and restoration projects by preparing work areas andassisting with demolition. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks. Ability to lift, load, and unload heavy construction materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. This position will require a significant amount of driving so any candidatemust possess and maintain a valid NC drivers license throughout their employment. Carpenter's Helpers are required to own the following tools: 
Tool belt, Impact/ cordless drill (with batteries and charger), case of various screwdriver bits, tape measure (25ft minimum), framing hammer, crescent wrench, pliers, speed square, utility knife, crows foot (nail puller), chalk box, torpedo level, nail set, safety glasses, and gloves.
 
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. Compensation and Benefits: Pay: $16-$19/hour, based on experience and skill set.
