Position Location: Hybrid - Work from Home &amp; Onsite 1550 Liberty Ridge Drive, Wayne, PA 19087
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<li>Handles incoming documents, uploads and indexes as requested.</li>
<li>Confirms member eligibility on incoming Medicaid and Electronic claims.</li>
<li>Assists in the processing of incoming and outgoing mail as assigned.</li>
<li>Provides timely and thorough follow-up with internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Recognizes and alerts appropriate leadership of trends or other anomalies and participates in the solutions.</li>
<li>Completes HIPAA training annually.</li>

Experience/Education:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
