A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24”-30” and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled. CLIMBING: Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required. STOOPING/BENDING: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 40-45 seconds at a time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter when stocking ingredients. CROUCHING/SQUATTING: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. REACHING: Reaching is performed continuously; up, down, and forward. Workers reach above 72” occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Job DescriptionAdult Residential Facility Administrator Needed &nbsp; Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:&nbsp; §&nbsp; Monthly Staff Training&nbsp; §&nbsp; Create ISPs based on IPP information §&nbsp; Train Staff on Execution of ISP’s §&nbsp; Behavioral Data collection via ABC’s, ISP’s, Daily Staff Notes §&nbsp; Semi-Monthly Reporting on Behavioral Data to Licensee §&nbsp; Creating Work Schedules §&nbsp; Medication Management&nbsp; §&nbsp; Financial Management&nbsp; §&nbsp; Maintain Facility Documents per Title 22 and Title 17 Regulations §&nbsp; Coordinating and Conducting Quarterly Meetings with Service Coordinator §&nbsp; Respond to un-announced visits by Licensing and Regional Center &nbsp; Must Have Experience as an Administrator:&nbsp; §&nbsp; 3+ years of experience as an Administrator &nbsp; Shifts Needed:&nbsp; §&nbsp; Vary throughout the week§&nbsp; Some weekend shifts are mandatory &nbsp; Must Have Certifications:&nbsp; §&nbsp; Community Care Licensing ARF Administrator Certification§&nbsp; Direct Support Professional 1 &amp; 2§&nbsp; Residential Services Specialist 1 &amp; 2§&nbsp; Positive Behavior Supports&nbsp;§&nbsp; CPR/First Aid &nbsp; Benefits: §&nbsp; Pay Rate: $22-$27 / hour (Depends on Experience &amp; Certifications)§&nbsp; Paid Time Off: 40-50 hours/year§&nbsp; Retirement: 401K§&nbsp; Flexible Schedule Expectations:&nbsp; §&nbsp; Administrator will have expert knowledge of Title 17 &amp; Title 22 Regulations§&nbsp; Administrator is expected to have experience in the roles and responsibilities mentioned above§&nbsp; Administrator is self-driven and self-motivated§&nbsp; Administrator creates a solution oriented culture&nbsp;§&nbsp; Administrator knows how to lead and train staff§&nbsp; Administrator knows how to organize and plan for:o &nbsp; Medical Appointmentso &nbsp; Quarterly/Annual Meetingso &nbsp; Emergencieso &nbsp; Licensing and Regional Center Audits§&nbsp; Administrator knows how to run an Adult Residential Facility independently of the Licensee
