Responsibilities (high level):
1. Operation
A. Ensure operators are duly licensed in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 146
B. Ensure licenses are current, and properly posted in accordance with the law
C. Ensure operators are trained in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, codes and
manufacturers ‘manuals in the safe operation of the boilers, engines and their appurtenances
D. Ensure operators are properly protected from all known hazards in the workplace
E. Ensure operators operate the boilers, engines and appurtenances in accordance with applicable

G. Ensure required state logbooks are completed, and made available to the Department upon request

C. Ensure the inspector has been provided with complete records for the boiler, including history of the

What You Will Be Doing
Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment. You will be maintaining customer relationships and product lines, solving technical issues, and gain training on proprietary equipment to become a full solutions technician.&nbsp;
What You Need for this Position
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years field service, packaging, maintenance or related experience; 5 years preferred.</li>
<li>Mechanical/Electrical background; Robotics + Automation experience is a plus&nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuitry</li>
<li>Frequency Drives (VFDs)</li>
<li>AC/DC + Servo/Stepper Motor experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>Previous experience with electromechanical packaging or food equipment is a plus</li>
<li>Friendly client facing/customer behavior</li>

THE DAY-TO-DAY
You can be found in the office Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-3:30pm with one weekday off each week and Sundays off.
 
Each day, you arrive at the office ready to maintain our customer relationships. Most of your day is spent on the phone or computer. Looking over applications, you strive to recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements. You provide excellent customer service as you make phone calls to our customers regarding expired agreements as well as to references on expired accounts. By actively listening, you assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment as necessary. You also schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise. We also go out into the field to pick up product and do door hangers.
 
Your patience and tact are essential in enhancing our relationships with our customers. When challenging opportunities arise, you handle them quickly all while providing top-notch customer service. Your ability to multitask while managing the pace of a call and keeping focused on the customer is essential to your success. This also allows you to meet weekly goals.
