<li>Follow up project status and when necessary, make corrections applying Honda NMR process, make it our own and improve with every project.</li>
<li>Complete and confirm New Project implementation with SOP activities and Safety Declaration.</li>
<li>Learn from the project with End Report and Reflection activities; and improve future projects.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned: Other project related activities (Design Review, Assembly trial, Maru-W, Design Fix, cost reduction, and etc.).</li>

&nbsp;QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required (Industrial, Electrical preferred).</li>
<li>Wire Harness Quality experience with OEM Honda is required.</li>

JOB SUMMARY:
The Field Serviceman will troubleshoot and repair the various product lines sold and/or supported by the division. This includes but not limited to CAT engines, air compressors switchgear, and generator ends. Field Service Technicians work from an Ohio CAT service truck, in the natural elements. 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

WHAT DOES AN AUTOMATIC DOOR TECH DO? A typical day begins at our shop with a caffeine jolt, a restock of service vehicles, and assignment of daily service calls. Technicians then travel to 4-6 customer locations within our service area where they troubleshoot, diagnose, and make repairs. This involves selling parts, filling out paperwork to document the superb work being performed, and helpfully answering customer questions, providing technical support/customer education, and converting any grumpy customers into happy ones. Additional calls along a route may be added if they come in, so be prepared to call an audible. A day ends by driving directly home from your last call and putting your feet up. Also we don't just handle the old and broken, but we do shiny new doors too! Our door techs can have the fun of installing those new door systems as well. Variety is the spice of life for an automatic door tech.
