The Lead Salesforce Engineer at Safelite works on an agile technology team, and is focused on building and operating digital experiences (websites and/or mobile apps) for Safelite clients and consumers. The Lead Salesforce Engineer has a deep technical knowledge of Salesforce and its integrations; they lead teams and supervise work on large projects and across multiple teams; and accomplish work through direction, delegation, and influence. What you will need

<li>Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience</li>

<li>7-9 years of experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools, including knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integration across Salesforce clouds (preferred)</li>
<li>Prior experience in configuration management, and release coordination (required)</li>
<li>Familiarity with managing or supporting licensing and permission management in Salesforce Service Cloud and other platforms (required)</li>
<li>Previous experience working across solutions or coordinating across different product areas. (cross-cloud Salesforce experience a plus)</li>
