We are looking for a motivated individual who has a strong interest in buildings, site infrastructure, construction cost estimating, field inspection, and conversations with clients.
You will primarily be responsible for completing reserve studies.
Reserve studies include physical inspection of condominium and homeowners association property, cost estimation and projection of association future capital costs, and preparation of a report summarizing your findings and analysis. You will then discuss the reports with the associations, making edits as needed.
The study works as a budgeting tool to allow the association to budget for assessments from unit owners.
The position can be full time and based out of our Gahanna, OH office location near Columbus.
Our work includes property inspections in the central Ohio area.

Responsibilities:

<li>Collaborate with the construction team and QCx team to support Foreign Objects and Debris (FOD) inspections prior to Energization on MV / LV SWGR, MV / LV XFMRs, Panelboards etc.</li>

<li>Responsible for accurately torquing bolts and fasteners to specified tolerances, ensuring proper assembly and safety standards are met.</li>
