As a Lead Teacher, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that supports each child’s growth and learning. You’ll plan and implement daily lessons, maintain communication with families, and work collaboratively with your classroom team. Schedule:Shifts vary between7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. <li>Assess children’s progress and maintain communication with families.</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues and administration to ensure program success.</li>
<li>Follow state licensing requirements and center policies.</li>
<li>Cleanliness and upkeep of classroom.</li>
</ul>
 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred).</li>
<li>Experience in a child care setting in the rooms applying for.</li>
<li>Strong classroom management and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Warm, professional, and team-oriented approach.</li>
</ul>
