Job Overview:
The Investigations Specialist conducts investigations using databases to locate individuals and businesses for service of process. Communicate investigation findings to co-workers and customers to advise on the next steps of an order. This role is as part of the Investigations Team to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced office environment. This position is remote but located in Montana.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses by reviewing findings for the subject of service of process and cross referencing previous aspects of an order. </li>
<li>Communicate findings to customers and co-workers as needed </li>
<li>Answer investigations related phone calls and emails </li>
<li>Update procedural documents and review existing procedures </li>

Qualifications:

<li>High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience required </li>
<li>Experience in an office environment and/or customer facing position preferred </li>
<li>Ability to work remotely with strong work ethic </li>
