Your Role  
We're looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Lead Guide (Teacher) to support a mixed-age class of preschool age children in a Montessori environment.  
In a Montessori class, guides (teachers) carefully prepare an environment that fosters independence and captivates a child's interest. Guides provide personalized support to each child. They work with children individually and in small groups, demonstrating how to use the materials and perform activities with them, and giving precise language to understand their experiences.

An ideal candidate has:

 MBI Health Services, LLC is seeking School-Based Telehealth Therapists (LICSW or LPC) to provide behavioral health services to high school students, adult learners, and online school students attending DC Public and Public Charter Schools that do not have an on-site DBH-funded clinician. This role is primarily telehealth, with limited in-person availability required for school meetings or trainings as needed.
In this role, you will maintain an active caseload of approximately 15 students while providing evidence-based therapy, completing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans, and collaborating with school staff and families to support student success. Clinicians are expected to provide approximately 25 billable SIDA hours per week using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Are you passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of children and adolescents? MBI Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based Therapist to join our team of mental health professionals providing support directly within local schools.
As a School-Based Therapist, you will deliver critical mental health services to students at designated school sites, helping them navigate emotional challenges, improve resilience, and thrive academically and socially. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working in collaborative, education-focused settings and want to be part of a mission-driven organization committed to whole-person care.
You’ll provide therapy, maintain a caseload, conduct assessments, and collaborate with school staff to support the well-being of students and their families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Collecting information about consumers through interviews, tests, and evaluation of day-to-day functioning within work, family and other routines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identifying areas needing continued support, resources and treatment in order to assist consumers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparing and completing diagnostic and bio-psychological assessments, clinical notes, referrals, treatment plans of clients as appropriate.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintaining confidentiality of records relating to consumers' treatment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provides therapy; maintains assigned caseload.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide 25 or more billable hours per week.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Works with Clinical Managers and other multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans/assessments for clients.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Creates appropriate case management notes and input into systems as needed.</li>
<li>Perform&nbsp;other job related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Masters degree in social work, Psychology, or related field&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be licensed in Washington DC as LGSW, LPC, LICSW or LMFT</li>
<li>1-3 years of Mental Health experience</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li>

 Additional Information 
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $72,000 per year&nbsp;
