<li>Planning, preparing and delivering lessons in line with the Reggio philosophy that cater to individual needs of the students</li>
<li>Monitoring, recording and assessing student progress and development</li>
<li>Provide immediate and appropriate responses based on student need</li>
<li>Learn the technology required to document the experiences of children as well as support the documentation of student/classroom experiences</li>
<li>Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge</li>
<li>Liaise with the Director to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum to specified classes, including selecting resources and managing them efficiently in the classroom</li>
<li>Safeguard and promote the welfare of children (PSHE integration)</li>
<li>Have a sharp and progressive vision of interdisciplinary learning and of teaching</li>
<li>Act professionally at all times, setting a good example to children</li>
<li>Use all learning resources effectively and create new ones</li>
<li>Communicating with parents and make sure they aware the development of their children</li>
<li>Organize and participate in parent meetings</li>
<li>Organize and participate in school meetings, events and trips</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields is preferred</li>
<li>Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required</li>
<li>At least 2 years work experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten or early childhood program</li>
<li>Experience in a Reggio Emilia inspired school is highly desirable</li>
<li>Knowledge of Project Based Learning a plus</li>
<li>Strong organization skills and be able to multitask,</li>
<li>Highly professional and dependable</li>
<li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite</li>
<li>Teacher certification or teacher license from any agency is a plus</li>
<li>International experience is a plus</li>
