We are seeking an energetic and experienced Teacher to join our team!&nbsp; The Ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, loving and has a passion for working with children! &nbsp; &nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Implement engaging lesson plan activities from our curriculum that promote growth and development in accordance with PA standards and developmentally appropriate practices. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide care for preschoolers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare any necessary learning materials.</li>
<li>Foster a positive environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.</li>
<li>Document students’ learning progress</li>
<li>Collaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Minimum A.A. Degree in ECE or Education; or A.A. Degree in Human Services field with 15 credits in ECE or Education.</li>
<li>Preschool CDA Credential preferred but not required</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (required)</li>
<li>Previous experience in childcare, or babysitting is highly desirable.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years working in childcare (required)</li>
<li>Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management</li>
<li>Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Certification in Infant/Child First Aid and CPR is preferred but not required.&nbsp;</li>
