Master Robotics Instructor (Senior) — Position SummaryThe Master Robotics Instructor serves as the senior-level lead for FPV/Attack Drone and Ground Organic Precision Strike training in support of MARSOC SR Teams. This role owns curriculum quality, leads instruction across classroom/simulator/field environments, ensures safety and compliance, and advises leadership on capability integration and training modernization.Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>SOF / Recon Background (Required)</li>
<li>Graduate of a U.S. Assessment &amp; Selection and Operator Qualification course, or</li>
<li>Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience as an operator within one of the following communities:</li>
<li>MARSOC</li>
<li>U.S. Army Special Forces (SF)</li>
<li>Naval Special Warfare (WARCOM)</li>
<li>Marine Corps Reconnaissance</li>
<li>Instructional Experience (Required)</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of recent experience instructing a USSOCOM-approved:</li>
<li>Attack Drone / FPV Course, or</li>
<li>Ground Organic Precision Strike Program of Instruction (POI)</li>
<li>Certifications &amp; Licenses (Required)</li>
<li>Ability to gain and maintain:</li>
<li>Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer (RSO) certification</li>
<li>Camp Lejeune Laser Safety Officer (LSO) certification</li>
<li>Valid and current Class 2 FAA Medical/Physical</li>
<li>Valid and current FAA Part 107 certification (Remote Pilot)</li>
<li>Valid U.S. Driver’s License</li>
<li>Active Secret clearance required (or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance)</li>

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Senior Program &amp; Curriculum Leadership</li>
<li>Develop, refine, standardize, and deliver comprehensive Programs of Instruction (POI) focused on:</li>
<li>Attack Drones / FPV employment, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)</li>
<li>Ground Organic Precision Strike Weapon Systems (GOPPS) employment and integration</li>
<li>Lead continuous improvement of training design, evaluation methods, and instructional quality across the program.</li>
<li>Instruction &amp; Training Execution</li>
<li>Instruct individual and collective training for MARSOC SR Teams in classroom, simulator, and field environments.</li>
<li>Serve as the senior instructor responsible for maintaining training rigor, consistency, and operational relevance.</li>
<li>Practical Exercise &amp; Scenario Design</li>
<li>Design and execute practical exercise scenarios that replicate realistic operational environments, including:</li>
<li>Planning and coordination</li>
<li>Rehearsals</li>
<li>Scenario control and evaluation</li>
<li>After-action reviews (AARs) and lessons learned integration</li>
<li>Capability Integration &amp; Advisory Support</li>
<li>Integrate FPV and GOPPS capabilities into broader unit TTPs, mission planning, and rehearsals.</li>
<li>Provide senior-level advisory support to leadership on employment concepts, training gaps, and modernization priorities.</li>
<li>Safety, Compliance, and Risk Management</li>
<li>Ensure all training complies with applicable safety regulations, range control procedures, and USMC/USSOCOM guidance.</li>
<li>Maintain and enforce safety standards, including required RSO/LSO certification currency when assigned.</li>
<li>Currency with Emerging Technology and Threats</li>
<li>Maintain currency and proficiency with evolving FPV and precision strike technologies, platforms, countermeasures, and threat trends.</li>
<li>Recommend POI updates based on operational feedback, emerging tactics, and technology changes.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Coordination &amp; Training Management</li>
<li>Coordinate with unit leadership, range control, and stakeholders to schedule, deconflict, and execute training events.</li>
<li>Support development and updating of training materials and governance products, including:</li>
<li>Lesson plans</li>
<li>SOPs</li>
<li>Risk assessments</li>
<li>Supporting documentation for POI updates</li>
</ul>
