Job Summary
The Senior Wellness Coordinator is responsible for all nutrition and wellness information and activity for the account; will customize, support, coordinate, and measure nutrition and wellness initiatives and provide nutrition education, training, communication and guidance as needed; and, work collaboratively with the dining service director, regional director, chef, and marketing to promote and support corporate nutrition goals, objectives, strategies and policies to develop and implement wellness related programs and initiatives and to ensure compliance with FDA nutrition labeling laws.&nbsp; Monday-Friday, day shift with occasional nights and weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Coordinates and implements sector specific nutrition and wellness programs and initiatives</li>
<li>Participates in account retention and sales efforts as well as quarterly business reviews</li>
<li>Develops and presents materials for wellness programs including health fairs, lunch and learns, program launches, regional and district meetings, client meetings, etc.</li>
<li>Contributes to wellness related social media efforts</li>
<li>Manages menu and recipe development as well as the nutrient analysis</li>
<li>Leads in-field implementation and on-going wellness training for assigned account</li>
<li>Acts as a nutrition education resource for client, customer and associate nutrition and sustainability questions and concerns.</li>
<li>Conducts regular audits, ensures accuracy of all nutrition information posted, and monitors all wellness promotion results.</li>

Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required</li>
<li>Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable required</li>
<li>Two (2) years of wellness experience in unit-specific environment</li>
<li>Serve-Safe certification preferred. If not certified, must obtain certification within twelve (12) weeks from date of hire</li>
<li>Familiarity with nutrition analysis software is preferred</li>
<li>Culinary and/or foodservice experience preferred</li>

MATL Instructor Requirements
Our security business is based on the value of training. The instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering in-class instruction with approved curriculum.
Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
• Teach up to 27.5 hours week.
• Prepare lesson plans for each class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL) on various business-related topics.
• Assist students in the learning process.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through the use of various assessment tools.
• Keep necessary records to report Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) to the Academic Dean.
• Attend and participate in quarterly campus-wide instructor in-service meetings as required. Stay well-informed with the advancements in teaching by attending professional development activities outside of CSI.
• Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment once per module.
• Actively contribute to program improvement through the use of committee involvements.
• Provide support through academic advising to ensure student growth and retention.
• Additional tasks as needed.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field of study related to computer and information science, web development, user interface design, programming or similar fields.
• Five years or more of industry related experience preferred.
• Five years of practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Three years or more of experience using Python programming language and Django framework.
• Three year of experience in Database administration and SQL language.
• Good understanding of Software Project Management procedures and documentation.
• Three years of experience using iterative lifecycle models (Agile)
• Three years of experience using Application Servers and containers.
• Familiarity with cyber security basics.

General Plant Training
Coordinate in-person plant training including, those for Safety, Quality, and SPS, and capture info in the My Learning Link system with support from HR Dept.
Conduct surveys to determine training needs within the plant.
Select and/or develop training material
Apply tests and/or evaluations to people in training to measure the progress and effectiveness of the training.
Support planning and execution of trainings related to SPS category requirements in coordination with category owners
On-boarding
With the help of Safety and Quality depts as necessary, deliver on-boarding training and plant tours to new hires and ensure all on-boarding checklist items are completed on a timely basis.
Manage Passport, or plant-specific employee training booklet content with support of relevant depts
Process Training
Ensure trainees are getting certified in timely basis, scheduling training w/ team leaders and trainers for production, material handling, and shipping processes
Learn critical processes to become a trainer for those processes
Develop/improve and administer “train the trainer” training to process trainers
Identify priorities for cross-training and schedule trainings with Dept Supervisor
Ensure trainings for process changes are documented and carried out in timely basis by the trainers
Manage certification forms, Training Matrix &amp; E-Versatility training platform to ensure it reflects current training status.
Validate effectiveness of training by supporting weekly process line audits
Develop and manage an offline training center for new hires to learn key skills (soldering, quality, DISS, LDS, etc)
Establish operator skill level re-evaluation procedure and requirements, and coordinate re-evaluations with Production Supervisor to follow cadence dictated within E-Versatility
Help develop new training documentation for Material Handling &amp; Shipping processes as required
Quality and EHS
Assist Quality Dept in developing a Customer Experience Quality Culture by executing engaging training on Quality topics (ISO 9001, Company Policies, Product Knowledge, Personas, Customer Journey Mapping)
Assist Safety Dept in developing and executing safety trainings to support a strong Safety Culture
Develop and conduct training on quality and safety risks in production cell processes with help of Quality Dept/Safety Dept
Support communication of Quality Alerts and ongoing quality trainings through DISS and the monitors
Document Control &amp; Work Instruction Support (as time permits)
Support document control management (document reviews, new document issuance)
Become an ISO/IMS auditor and support internal audit process and external audit preparation (focus on DVC training)

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available at an elementary school in Lowell, MA, starting as soon as possible with a contract extending through the spring semester of 2026 or until June 30th, the end of the school year.
