The Employee Health &amp; Wellness Manager is responsible for promoting and maintaining the overall health and well-being of employees within Lynn Community Health Center. This role combines preventative healthcare strategies, wellness initiatives and occupational health services to ensure a safe, healthy, and productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Manage fitness-for-duty attestations for clinical staff during initial credentialing and re-credentialing (every two years). Maintain documentation of fitness-for-duty attestations and track necessary follow-ups.</li>

<li>Maintain records of employee health assessments and track compliance with regulatory requirements.</li>
