Job Summary
The Senior Wellness Coordinator is responsible for all nutrition and wellness information and activity for the account; will customize, support, coordinate, and measure nutrition and wellness initiatives and provide nutrition education, training, communication and guidance as needed; and, work collaboratively with the dining service director, regional director, chef, and marketing to promote and support corporate nutrition goals, objectives, strategies and policies to develop and implement wellness related programs and initiatives and to ensure compliance with FDA nutrition labeling laws.&nbsp; Monday-Friday, day shift with occasional nights and weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Contributes to wellness related social media efforts</li>

<li>Leads in-field implementation and on-going wellness training for assigned account</li>

Preferred Qualifications:

HBC Management Services is seeking a part time on-call regional trainer that possesses the qualifications and credentials to train security staff for US Navy contract.
 
 
HBC is part of a non­profit based in Honolulu, Hawai'i with offices in Wayne, Pennsylvania and Alexandria, Virginia.
Along with four (4) for-profit affiliated companies, we have provided quality service in the Security, Facilities
Management, Base Operations, Business, Financial, and IT support services to the Department of Defense and

MATL Instructor Requirements
Our security business is based on the value of training. As a Security Trainer you will be part of our respected training team who are responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our team of security professionals. It requires working with or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental capacity to perform effectively all essential functions and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Work is performed inside and outside the property with potential exposure to inclement weather and unpredictable situations.

<li>Instructors shall support delivery of Course of Instruction in accordance with the contract including the instructional, operational, and administrative tasks required to deliver formalized training</li>
<li>Instructor personnel are expected to be ready to teach the content assigned to them and can pass any tests associated with that content consistent with the standards of the contractor's internal quality assurance plan</li>
<li>All instructors shall be familiar with all presentation, delivery method, testing and remediation procedures, curriculum, training aids, devices, and equipment operation and maintenance procedures associated with the course or section of the course they will instruct.</li>

Additional specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

<li>Ensuring all security officers and new candidates are properly trained in accordance with contract requirements and Hana standards</li>

Security Trainer - PART TIME ON-CALL
Hana Security Services (HSS) is seeking experienced Security Training Instructor for Mid Atlantic Regional Guard Contract. In this position, you will be working on DoD and DHS contracts and are responsible for ensuring that the project is meeting the training requirements of the contract. The Security Training Instructor will be responsible for conducting training in the classroom as well as practical applications on the range, CPR/AED, etc. Skills in curriculum and course development to meet federal, state, and local requirements across the Midlant, highly desirable to as well as very specialized requirements set forth by our customer. Position Summary
The Security/Law Enforcement Instructor is responsible for maintaining personal standards of technical and professional levels of competence. Instructors have a background in security, law enforcement and/or Department of Navy military instruction. Preferred candidates possess completion of the NRA’s 5-Day Law Enforcement Instructor Development Course, MEB-Baton/CPR/AED, etc.; Skills in curriculum and course development to meet federal, state, and local requirements in MA, PA, NJ and VA highly desirable to as well as very specialized requirements set forth by our Customer to include, Crew Served Weapons (CSW) Instructor; Personnel Qualification Standard (PQS) of the Master Training Specialist (MTS) Program completion

On-boarding

Manage Passport, or plant-specific employee training booklet content with support of relevant depts
Process Training
Ensure trainees are getting certified in timely basis, scheduling training w/ team leaders and trainers for production, material handling, and shipping processes
Learn critical processes to become a trainer for those processes
Develop/improve and administer “train the trainer” training to process trainers
Identify priorities for cross-training and schedule trainings with Dept Supervisor
Ensure trainings for process changes are documented and carried out in timely basis by the trainers
Manage certification forms, Training Matrix &amp; E-Versatility training platform to ensure it reflects current training status.
Validate effectiveness of training by supporting weekly process line audits
