 We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you are not yet certified as an RBT, we can help you get there! In this role, you will provide services to ADULTS with autism in our clinic, working closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst</li>
<li>Use ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction</li>
<li>Collect and record data on client progress</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members</li>
<li>Attend regular training and supervision sessions</li>
<li>Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (required)</li>
<li>Must complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)</li>
<li>Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to&nbsp;clinic</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Compassionate and Competent with&nbsp;working with individuals&nbsp;with autism</li>

About the Role: 
As aMember Experience Associate, youll be the first point of contact for Kiln members and guests, responsible for ensuring the space operates smoothly and delivers a top-tier member experience. Youll support the Community Director by managing operations, facilitating communication, and providing administrative assistance to help Kilns community thrive. This role is full-time, averaging about 33 hours per week M-TH 9-5, Fridays being shorter.

<li>Facilitate member onboarding, including office preparations and welcome kits.</li>
</ul>
Deliver Elevated Hospitality &amp; Food Experience
<ul>
<li>Assist team in setting up and presenting daily food offerings in a consistent, appealing way</li>
<li>Assist team in developing and managing inventory systems for supplies</li>
<li>Help coordinate food and beverage for events within budget and in line with Kilns brand</li>
<li>Help manage and restock the on-site marketplace, ensuring it is always stocked with enticing options for members, with inventory maintained and orders placed as needed</li>
</ul>
Ensure Smooth Operations:
<ul>
<li>Conduct walkthroughs to maintain a clean, well-kept space.</li>
<li>Develop and manage inventory systems for supplies.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed, and assist with facility maintenance.</li>
</ul>
Foster Community Engagement:
<ul>
<li>Assist with event planning, setup, and breakdown.</li>
<li>Communicate with members through email, Slack, and newsletters.</li>
<li>Create moments of delight, such as celebrating birthdays and milestones.</li>

Provide Administrative Support:

<li>Support the Community Director with scheduling and conference room preparation.</li>
<li>Coordinate bookings for events and member inquiries.</li>
<li>Procure signage and materials for member offices and desks.</li>
