Essential Functions: 
<ul>
<li>Perform calculations related to the sizing and installation of electrical equipment including: MCC’s, lighting, circuit breakers, motors, transformers, wiring systems, switchgear, and grounding systems.</li>
<li>Utilize the National Electrical Code, IEEE standards, and requirements of insurers in the development of electrical designs at industrial and commercial facilities.</li>
<li>Develop detailed equipment specifications for electrical distribution equipment, MCC’s, Drives, low voltage field devices, instrumentation, lighting, circuit protection, and power monitoring equipment.</li>
<li>Design power distribution and grounding systems up to 15kV.</li>
<li>Develop motor and process control documents including loop and motor elementary drawings.</li>
<li>Prepare proposals, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates for engineering projects.</li>
<li>Analyze data, prepare reports, and deliver presentations on proposed and ongoing projects to internal staff and clients.</li>
<li>Mentor and oversee junior engineers and technicians.</li>
<li>Perform QA/QC reviews throughout the design development process.</li>
<li>Work directly with clients to develop project options and alternatives, provide engineering guidance for project planning and development, field investigations, and critical issues.</li>

Required Qualifications:

<li>BS in Electrical Engineering with a Professional Engineer (PE) License</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and design</li>

Hourly Range: $18.00 - $24.00/hr depending on years of experience and credentials

Job Summary
Setup Machinists prepare and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments out of metal. Setup Machinists will load materials, tools, and programs into CNC machine equipment to prepare for production. Responsible for measuring dimensions of first-part completed to verify conformance to specifications. Reads and interprets blueprints and design sketches to determine the precise specifications, dimensions, and tolerance levels of the finished product. Applies knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures to produce high-quality parts. A Setup Machinist works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function and has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.

Schedule: 
First Shift: Monday-Thursday; 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Overtime as required
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Set-up and operates CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate production.</li>
<li>Load material during operation and change or adjust cutting tools and offsets when required</li>
<li>Determine if programs need to be updated or modified to meet current conditions and provide feedback to appropriate team members</li>
<li>Deburr product to drawing requirements using hand and power tools with high precision</li>
<li>Check and fill machine fluid levels, manages chips, and monitors equipment for maintenance requirements</li>
<li>Read, understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide activities and ensure quality</li>
<li>Understand inspections of work completed, perform inspections and document deviations from engineering drawing</li>
<li>Follow verbal, written, and electronic work instruction to complete tasks</li>
<li>Keep daily production records and record pertinent manufacturing data where required</li>
<li>Learn, practice and follow all safety standards and policies and ensure a safe operating environment, including use of appropriate protective equipment and identification of potential safety concerns</li>
<li>Maintains a clean and organized work environment.</li>

Qualifications
