Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain our property and keep it in good working condition. This position is responsible for general building maintenance, groundskeeping, and basic repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns, trim grass, and maintain landscaping.
• Perform general grounds cleanup, including removing debris and snow.
• Complete routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Repair and replace toilets, faucets, sinks, and other basic plumbing fixtures.
• Perform basic maintenance on doors, windows, locks, lighting, and fixtures.
• Paint, patch drywall, and complete minor carpentry repairs as needed.
• Inspect buildings and identify maintenance needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Experience operating lawn care and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
