<li>Support post-bid review and project handoff to operations teams when awarded.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related math/technical discipline preferred, but not required.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including:
<ul>
<li>TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up, Torch, Shingle, Standing Seam Metal, and Roof Coatings.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Familiarity with manufacturer systems and installation requirements from:
<ul>
<li>GAF, Elevate, Johns Manville, IKO, Carlisle, Sika Sarnafil, Flex, Tremco, Garland, Versico, and Siplast.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Strong understanding of roofing construction methods, materials, and system composition.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and RoofCad.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple estimates simultaneously.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.</li>
