Equipment Operator / CDL Driver
BL3 Construction Services LLC – Central Texas
BL3 Construction Services is a family-owned excavation and land improvement company built on strong values, hard work, and integrity. We are currently looking for an experienced Equipment Operator with a CDL who is dependable, and motivated.
This is a 1099 subcontractor position.

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Haul equipment/materials with CDL as needed
- Perform grading, excavation, road work, drainage, land clearing, and site prep work
- Assist with labor-intensive tasks including:

- Shoveling
- Raking
- Hand grading
- Site cleanup
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections
- Work outdoors in Texas heat and changing weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Represent BL3 professionally on job sites
Requirements
- Previous heavy equipment operating experience required
- Valid CDL required
- Clean driving history required
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Must be willing to perform physical labor when not operating equipment
- Ability to work long days when needed
- Experience with excavation, grading, drainage, or road work preferred
- Must work well in a team-oriented, family-style environment

Service Area
Projects are primarily located throughout Central Texas including Lampasas, Burnet, Llano, Goldthwaite, San Saba, and surrounding areas.
