Job Details
 We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Entry Level Project Manager to join our luxury construction team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in the construction industry and a passion for luxury design. You will be directly involved in the planning, management, and execution of high-end construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading and a commitment to delivering excellence in every project. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day offers new challenges and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities:

<li> Assist in the management and supervision of luxury construction projects from start to finish.</li>
<li> Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.</li>
<li> Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.</li>
<li> Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and keep stakeholders informed about project developments.</li>
<li> Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.</li>
<li> Adhere to all relevant safety standards and regulations.</li>
<li> Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.</li>
<li> Perform risk management to minimize project risks.</li>
<li> Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.</li>

 Qualifications:

<li> A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in a project management role.</li>
<li> Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li>
<li> Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.</li>
<li> Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.</li>
<li> Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li>
<li> Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.</li>
<li> Excellent problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li> Proficient in project management software tools.</li>
<li> Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.</li>
<li> Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.</li>
